It took five months for them to order a part that wasn’t put on my vehicle when I had it in for recall work. After months of waiting to hear from them thinking that it was a shipping delay, they finally order the part. When it comes in after a week, I arrive at the dealership and find out that they ordered the wrong part. More waiting to get it put on my vehicle. Finally it’s been put on and I hope to not have any further problems. More
