After a few hiccups, Cody Graf went out of his way to make the transaction go smoothly. Jim, the accessories guy, was honest and also great to deal with. I would go back to Dorsch again however I would not go back to Dorsch if it meant have dealings with Brenda. We also did not like that we had a fill out a review on the spot. It made us uncomfortable and made the review less favorable than it could have been had we had time to reflect a bit. Back to the positives, I would be likely to follow Cody to another dealership on a future purchase if he were to leave. Despite a few frustrations, he remained professional, calm and polite.
