I came in to look at a particular car and not afraid to walk away if my trade-in wasn't worth what I thought it should be or if the dealership didn't come down on the new purchase as much as I thought they should. Well needless to say they surpassed my expectations and within an hour and a half I was driving out with the car I had come to look at.
