Made an appointment with Cody Graf; we had just started looking for a car and had not test drove a car as of yet. Cody was friendly and very knowledgeable - very easy to talk to. I went to Dorsch just to "look" at a new car. I left buying a new car. I've dealt with several local dealers in the past but none have been as accommodating and customer focused as Dorsch. My salesman, Cory Neville, was very customer focused. He was very patient, knowledgable, friendly, and honest. Cory took the time to find out what I was looking for and didn't try selling me something I didn't want or wasn't interested in. Besides the exceptional service I was met with a better than fair-price without all the games that some in the industry play. I find it shocking that some people can walk into a dealer and buy a car after a short, one time, test ride. I am not one of those people. After my first experience in another city I felt pressured and lied to. Right away, the fear set in. I want this to be an enjoyable and exciting experience. When I came to Dorsch Ford here in Green Bay I met up with Cody and he seemed very relaxed and confindent in his work ethics. Cody made a lasting impression to me when he commented that, I like to make buying a car fun for the customer. I felt at ease with that comment and it made me ask more questions than I would have otherwise. Thanks for that positive experience. Bob has always been very helpful when it comes to repairs for our vehicles. He understands that we have several vehicles to maintain, so if a repair is not necessary at this time he will tell us about it; b for our vehicles. He goes the extra mile to try to diagnosis the problem and make sure it it taken care of as reasonably as possible and in a timely manner. It is really important to me to trust the person I bring my car to for repairs. I believe we have established a business, but also a friendship relationship with Bob. I trust Bob utmost in the critical issues regarding the repairs needed for my/our vehicles. More
