I walked into Dorsh with a two year old and a six month old, hoping to find a vehicle that would give us room. Most people wouldn't take children with them to do this, and I'll admit, I was nervous! However, because of the clean playroom, friendly and patient staff, all went way better than expected! Everyone that helped us were super personable and extremely patient, especially Linda and Michelle! They both helped occupy the kids and waited as I moved two carseats to each vehicle we test drove! Poor Linda even got spit up on by my six month old and laughed about it! Another part I really liked was how they made sure I got the vehicle I wanted and how they managed to keep payments under the number I budgeted for. My first new vehicle purchase was a success! We have worked with Bob in the service department for a few years and every experience has been wonderful. He is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. I was looking for a 302 Boss Mustang. Not an easy task, it is a difficult car to find especially in a specific color and options. Even though Dorsch Ford/Kia did not have this car (and by the nature of the it is a difficult car to find especially in a specific color and options. Even though Dorsch Ford/Kia did not have this car (and by the nature of the car, unable to swap for it), he still took the time to help me put me in touch with other dealerships in the state that had what I was looking for. This really helped save me time and stress. I prefer to start my vehicle searches on line, and Jim has been a great help! I will definately recommend him to my family and friends! More

I worked with Mike Klug from the start. He helped me decide what vechicles I would test drive. When my husband and I decided on our 2008 Kia Rondo for sure, Mike was not available so we worked with Gene Eck and he helped us through all the paper work and showing us all about the Rondo. He even helped me when I came back to have Dorsch put on my back license plate. He did it himself, even had to get on his knees to do the work.It had to take time away from what he was doing but he took his time with me untill the plate was on right. I would recommend Gene Eck for a salesman to work with for any questions you have. He is totally interested in his job. Debbie Simonar is very helpfull in the paper work that has to be done following a purchase. I would go to Dorsch first if I was looking for a vechicle to purchase. Gene even introduced us to the Dorsch team. Very impressive. They are truely intrested in you as their customer. More
I originaly had my vechile serviced from Karz in Pulaski and Bob was my service representative. When Karz closed I ended up at Dorsch because of Bob. It was great to continue see him because he knew everyth and Bob was my service representative. When Karz closed I ended up at Dorsch because of Bob. It was great to continue see him because he knew everything about my vehicle, what we had done for service in the past and what was upcoming. I am in field service work so I put on a lot of mileage on my vechile. Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service and what is needed. With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford E250 van will be hitting the 184,000 mile mark within the next 1 month. I am not affraid to drive it anywhere because I know it has been taken care of. I need to have a reliable vechile because my vechile revolves around my job. Thanks Bob Troy Baumgardt More

Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service it better be leaving in tip top shape. Everything needs to be looked at even if it is only in for an oil change. With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford Explorer will be hitting the 300,000 mile mark within the next 2-3 months. We had originally came in to look at some used vehicles, but after some discussion on what we really wanted and needed with Cody, we decided to look at a new F-150. He was very knowledgeable about the diff but after some discussion on what we really wanted and needed with Cody, we decided to look at a new F-150. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the EcoBoost and 5.0 engines and the different options available. Also, he gave us a solid offer right away on our trade-in.
