My husband and I came down from the Upper Peninsula looking for a used mini van for our newly expanded family. We ended up working with Scott trying to find that right mini van that worked for us. He was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. The only issue that we ran into was the day we drove down to pick up our new vehicle we were told that something was wrong with the vehicle and they would replace it but the parts had to be ordered. We made arrangements to make another trip down on Saturday but was told that the parts still didnt come in so we didnt get our vehicle until Monday. I appreciate that they took the time to fix the vehicle and we didnt get stuck with the repair but it was frustrating that we had a loan out and was paying interest and yet no vehicle and the gas that was wasted going down 2 times to get the vehicle. More

I had my new 2012 F150 delivered today. This was an ordered truck from the factory. Steve Collins was teriffic! He answered all my questions prior to ordering the truck. It was a cool, windy afternoon when I stopped to check out the cars, Linda came out and greeted me as I was looking at the Fusion and Kia, she was so friendly and has a great smile! I've always been a 'Ford' person and really wanted a car made in the USA for a good price as well as a decent trade-in for my car and was able to find this at Dorsch Ford! I took my time deciding and Linda stayed in touch by e-mail or phone. When I stopped in to test drive the cars Linda was with a customer and Michelle went with me. When we returned Linda answered the other questions I had. Meeting the with Jim and Ryan was also helpful because they could answer other questions I had. She then explained your lease program which was thorough and easy to understand, it was the deal breaker. The price comparison, savings, and continues service I would recieve was the best for me to go with. And knowing I had Dorsch standing behind me was comforting and secure feeling. I am for the first time, in 30+ years, an owner of a new car. All and any questions where answered in and on a timely manner. I wasn't pressured and enjoy everyone's hospitality. Yvonne helped me with my insurance company to make sure all and any information was given and ready for me so I could pick up the car with now worries.
