I would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson Cody Graf. However, we knew what we wanted and Cody was very persistent in locating and making a dealer trade for a matching vehicle from Madison. We have been happy with the service received from Dorsch in Green Bay in the past and were not disappointed this time either! That was Saturday and our new Ford Fusion is safely parked in our garage just five days later. Jim E. got us to the right place, James V. gave us a great trade-in value and we appreciated the extra bonus with the Kia test drive $25 form. Ryan A. helped us with the financing paperwork quickly to get us out in time to pick up our daughter from practice. Last but certainly not least, Cody treated us fairly and with respect, took care of our needs, went above and beyond even stopping at our house to pick up paperwork, and stood behind the quote. I went to Dorsch to find a better, bigger vehicle with decent gas mileage. Gene was very friendly, helpful, and has a good sense of humor. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the stellar customer service that I had received over the past few days, with one of your Sales Reps. Her name is Danelle Johnson. She went out of her way to try and help me purchase a F150 Pick up. Unfortunately, what I was looking for, in regard to my extras (so to speak) was no available at the price I was looking at. The vehicle which I was considering was the 2010 F150 Platinum that you did have available on your lot. However, with the exchange rate and the taxes of 14% in which I would have to pay on this vehicle it just went a little deeper into the pockets then I could afford. If there was a vehicle that had everything in which I was looking for I wouldn't have thought twice in driving the 13 hours it would have taken to close the deal, as it was all due to Danelle efforts. She was honest, and this is important to me as I am a Drug Task Force Officer, and I get to see allot of dishonest people. She was quick in responding to anything and everything that I threw at her; no matter how ridiculous my questions were. She was knowledgeable about your vehicles, this helped tremendously, as I am a single mom with two little people and as far as they are concerned, as long as it looks cool and has their DVD players, they could care less! lol But I have to say, the most important thing for me in regards to speaking with Danelle, was that she is truly genuine and you can tell by everything she did, from phone calls, to emails etc. she really did care. Today, having this kind of person working for you, is truly an asset. I just thought that it needed to be said, as to how lucky you are in having such a devoted salesperson with a real passion for the clients, working for you. Even though I didn't purchase the Platinum F150 from you, I can honestly say it was a real honor in dealing with Danelle.
