Went for my first visit to Dorsch in Green Bay Celeste was my service advisor she was very nice as I was coming in for the first time I asked for protocols check to make sure that we were going to do the was my service advisor she was very nice as I was coming in for the first time I asked for protocols check to make sure that we were going to do the things I needed to do and anything else that the Telluride needed everything was done very efficiently and in less time than estimated which was very nice extremely helpful and very personable will be very happy to work with her again when I need to come in for my next oil change. I bought a Kia Sorento new back in 2012. At 94k miles it started burning oil and I was promised by 3 different service managers, one now the owner, and 2 service advisors, a new engine when At 94k miles it started burning oil and I was promised by 3 different service managers, one now the owner, and 2 service advisors, a new engine when I met the criteria since I had 100k power train warranty. I asked for something in writing but nobody was willing. After 3 years of bringing this vehicle in every 1000 miles to have an oil consumption test and being kicked down the road, I got rid of it. Will not step foot in that place again. Would give a negative rating if possible. More

I was very pleased with the very fast response I got from Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia. I had to have the entire engine replaced and it was done so quickly that I was honestly surprised.
