I had been car shopping for a couple of weeks and still hadn't decided on which car I wanted to get, I had it narrowed down to 3, each from a different dealer, at this point I had not visited Dorsch Ford y hadn't decided on which car I wanted to get, I had it narrowed down to 3, each from a different dealer, at this point I had not visited Dorsch Ford yet. A friend of mine suggested that I take a look at the Kia Optima, I had been so overwhelmed with making a choice, I didn't think I wanted to throw yet another car into the mix of possibilities, however, my husband and I decided to stop in at Dorsch Ford Kia. We were greeted by Becki Kollman, not at all your stereotypical "salesperson" personality. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the direction of cars that we would be interested in, one being the Kia Optima. This was the first car that both my husband and I were drawn to equally. We loved it! Then we test drove it - we knew this was the car that we wanted and our search had ended. Becki did a phenomenal job of explaining all features. She was very kind and personable. James Vertz and Becki were also very patient and understanding as we discussed our financing options, choosing the best plan to meet our needs. In addition, when going over the final paperwork with Cody, I was more than impressed with his efficiency and willingness to go out of his way to make sure all my loose ends were tied up before I left his office with insurance, Registration Fee Trust, etc. He answered all my questions and when I left his office, I felt even more excited about my new purchase. Earlier, James had summed it up perfectly, he said "people are not afraid to buy a car, they are afraid to buy the wrong car" I could completely relate to that statement, however, now I feel confident that I bought the right car for me. I have absolutely loved driving my new Kia Optima and have enjoyed the compliments from everyone that has seen it. Becki has continued to check in with me to make sure that I don't have any questions about any of the features of the car. She is top notch! I have already recommended Dorsch Ford Kia (and the Kia Optima) to people that I know that are in the market for a new car. I know if they have the same experience that I had, they will be as thrilled as I am. - Gina More

I couldn't have asked to have worked with 2 better guys! Brad was incredible! Cody was amazing! I can't get over the impeccable service I received from them. As soon as we arrived at your dealership, Becki Kollman greeted us & asked how she could help us. We knew the vehicle we were interested in so she opened it up & explained everything about the vehicle to greeted us & asked how she could help us. We went to Dorsch Fordlooking to help our daughter buy a vehicle.Our daughter had been car shopping for several months. From looking online, she knew that Dorsch had the vehicle she wanted. We ended up, not only helping our daughter get a vehicle, but drove away with a used Ford Escape ourselves. Our experience at Dorsch was great. Our salesman, Paul Brault did a great job of satisfying our wants and needs. He was honest and sincere in helping us get a good deal. I leased a new Kia Forte this past week and I have to say that it was an easy, pleasant experience. Paul Brault was amazing to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We were in a bit that it was an easy, pleasant experience. Paul Brault was amazing to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We were in a bit of a time crunch, and he made it all work for us. Also, he came in with an amazing price for the vehicle, and was able to stay in my budget while still getting me lots of extras in the car. My search began on 7-22. Another visit on the 23rd. And on the 24th. On the 22nd I was not happy with the deal that they had to offer. So I went back on the 23rd because I liked the Kia Sorento and reall on the 24th. On the 22nd I was not happy with the deal that they had to offer. So I went back on the 23rd because I liked the Kia Sorento and really wanted to get that car. I didn't have alot of time but Becki at least raised the trade in offer by $1000. I called her on the 24th and told her that I wanted to get $20,000 for my truck or I was going elsewhere. She finally did it. There was a mix up with the rebate price with Craig but it was his day off so we couldn't straighten it out until the 25th. We did and I did buy the car. This is the 7th or 8th car I have bought there and I do like the service. Becki was very nice to work with. More

Becki answered our questions that we asked, if she did not know the answer she asked someone to get the right answer...She did not force herself on us, that would have really turned me off. My family went to Dorsch Ford Kia to shop their used Kia Optima selection. We were looking for a specific LX model, but after speaking with sales associate Brad Zerilli, we found an EX model that was an ev Optima selection. We were looking for a specific LX model, but after speaking with sales associate Brad Zerilli, we found an EX model that was an even better fit for our family's needs. We were thrilled with every aspect of the vehicle as it had everything we were looking for and more! Brad made our experience so fun and easy from start to finish. We ended up purchasing the car and taking it home the same day. Brad and his team really catered their services to meet our needs and even made our child feel like part of the experience.
