Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia

When we decided to vist Dorsch it was to purchase a used truck and while we were looking at the used trucks Kris came to help us. When we started to talk about what we were looking for he gave some GREAT i truck and while we were looking at the used trucks Kris came to help us. When we started to talk about what we were looking for he gave some GREAT information in regards to what our best options were. He stated to us since were were looking for a lower payment that we would get a lower payment on a new truck OR even if we bought a used truck that we could be paying the same amount we could be on a new one. Due to the issue of not having much to put down on a new truck and thinking our credit just was not high enough for a new truck we thought there was no way we could even look at a new truck, but Kris changed our minds on that and we are VERY THANKFUL for that! He explained the numbers and we were able to get the truck we wanted and within a price that we could afford. We would also like to thank all the associates that we worked with while at Dorsch as all of them were very kind and great with our kids! Our kids had a great time taking and shaking there hands! Just to explain he reason for only putting "good" for price is more for the trade in amount on our old truck. We knew the truck needed some work but we both thought it was worth a little more than we we were given and in turn we ended up having to put money down on a down payment that we were not expecting. More

Kyle was very helpful with letting me test drive different types of vehicles to see what I felt worked best for me. I bought a new 2013 F-150. I left the dealer quite pleased. Brad was an absolute please to work with. Included with the sale where some accessories including a rousch supercharger and a bedliner. I was told it would take a week for the supercharger to come in. At that time, they would do the bedliner also, and a few other things we had agreed on. After a week, I called to check the status. It took another week before my call was returned. When I brought the truck in, I had an appointment, and was told I would get a loaner car. They thought it would take about 3 days to install the supercharger. When I arrived however, they had no loaner car for me. It took over an hour for them to come up with a car. The next day, I was called and told I had the wrong car and needed to return it. I told them I was at work, they said, "can't u take a break". While still at the dealer, they decided they were not going to put the bedliner in. I would have to bring it in another day, or perhaps they would pick it up next week. I did not pay $50,000+ for a new truck to sit in the shop. Nor am I happy about paying interest on accessories that I still don't have. After the sale, their treatment and professionalism was completely unacceptable!! I will not do business with Dorsch again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I would, however, gladly deal with Brad Z. again if he worked somewhere else. More

Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful in coordinating the busy schedule of my husband and myself. Offering to bring the car we were interested to my husbands work site to let him test drive it. When I found I did not have the title to the car I was trading in, he offered to go to the DMV and get the replacement and then bring it to us to sign off. He is willing to go above and beyond to make his clients feel comfortable and easy to work with. He will set up a time this week for my daughter to bring her new car into the dorsch on our side of town to have it detailed, fix the loose sunroof molding and fill it up with gas. To do this AFTER the papers were signed shows he is interested in our satisfaction in the vehicle. We have a number of his business cards and will definitely recommend his honest face to our friends and will be back to look for another used car this winter for our other daughter.
