When I first walked into the Dorsch Dealership Jerry was the first one to greet me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. I told him exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and he took me to see a Ford edge the first one to greet me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. It was getting late that night and I needed to come back the next day to pick it up, when I arrived back Jerry was again there with a warm friendly smile making me feel welcome. He even went as far as driving my other vehicle home while I drove my new explorer. He changed my license plates for me and then I brought him back to the dealership. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience that Jerry and Dorsch gave me. I have handed out Jerry’s cards to family and friends who are getting closer each day to getting a new vehicle. My Soul went in for an engine light issue. The repairs were completed early the next morning. I asked if they could inspect, change oil & rotate tires before pickup that day and they quickly did all the were completed early the next morning.
