Had a great experience with the employees at Dorsch Ford, especially Brad Z. He went above and beyond to help us out. I bought a new 2013 F-150. I left the dealer quite pleased. Brad was an absolute please to work with. Included with the sale where some accessories including a rousch supercharger and a bedliner. I was told it would take a week for the supercharger to come in. At that time, they would do the bedliner also, and a few other things we had agreed on. After a week, I called to check the status. It took another week before my call was returned. When I brought the truck in, I had an appointment, and was told I would get a loaner car. They thought it would take about 3 days to install the supercharger. When I arrived however, they had no loaner car for me. It took over an hour for them to come up with a car. The next day, I was called and told I had the wrong car and needed to return it. I told them I was at work, they said, "can't u take a break". While still at the dealer, they decided they were not going to put the bedliner in. I would have to bring it in another day, or perhaps they would pick it up next week. I did not pay $50,000+ for a new truck to sit in the shop. Nor am I happy about paying interest on accessories that I still don't have. After the sale, their treatment and professionalism was completely unacceptable!! I will not do business with Dorsch again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I would, however, gladly deal with Brad Z. again if he worked somewhere else. More

A friend of mine suggested that I take a look at the Kia Optima, I had been so overwhelmed with making a choice, I didn't think I wanted to throw yet another car into the mix of possibilities, however, my husband and I decided to stop in at Dorsch Ford Kia. We were greeted by Becki Kollman, not at all your stereotypical "salesperson" personality. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the direction of cars that we would be interested in, one being the Kia Optima. This was the first car that both my husband and I were drawn to equally. We loved it! Then we test drove it - we knew this was the car that we wanted and our search had ended. Becki did a phenomenal job of explaining all features. She was very kind and personable. James Vertz and Becki were also very patient and understanding as we discussed our financing options, choosing the best plan to meet our needs. In addition, when going over the final paperwork with Cody, I was more than impressed with his efficiency and willingness to go out of his way to make sure all my loose ends were tied up before I left his office with insurance, Registration Fee Trust, etc. He answered all my questions and when I left his office, I felt even more excited about my new purchase. Earlier, James had summed it up perfectly, he said "people are not afraid to buy a car, they are afraid to buy the wrong car" I could completely relate to that statement, however, now I feel confident that I bought the right car for me. I have absolutely loved driving my new Kia Optima and have enjoyed the compliments from everyone that has seen it. Becki has continued to check in with me to make sure that I don't have any questions about any of the features of the car. She is top notch! I have already recommended Dorsch Ford Kia (and the Kia Optima) to people that I know that are in the market for a new car. Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful in coordinating the busy schedule of my husband and myself. Offering to bring the car we were interested to my husbands work site to let him test drive it. When I found I did not have the title to the car I was trading in, he offered to go to the DMV and get the replacement and then bring it to us to sign off. He is willing to go above and beyond to make his clients feel comfortable and easy to work with. He will set up a time this week for my daughter to bring her new car into the dorsch on our side of town to have it detailed, fix the loose sunroof molding and fill it up with gas. To do this AFTER the papers were signed shows he is interested in our satisfaction in the vehicle. We have a number of his business cards and will definitely recommend his honest face to our friends and will be back to look for another used car this winter for our other daughter.
