On my initial visit to Dorsch Ford Kia I was only on a fact finding mission to look at hybrids. My preference from a previous test drive was the Ford Fusion. I took the opportunity to test both he Fusion fact finding mission to look at hybrids. My preference from a previous test drive was the Ford Fusion. I took the opportunity to test both he Fusion and Optima to compare. I decided the Fusion was out of my price interest and had decided to keep my previous car instead. Brad worked with me and showed me the various options for financing and leasing, many of which I was unaware until the visit. Over the next few days I traded emails with Brad on numerous questions, and after an additional test drive of the Optima decided that was the car for me. I felt Brad's professionalism and friendliness was a direct reason why my purchase was within my wants, needs, and provided extras I was not expecting. I have purchased cars direct from auction, and now from multiple dealerships, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire team at Dorsch Ford Kia made me feel at home and did not add any pressure to a big purchase decision. We were just driving through browsing, sales associates come out, asked us what we wanted in a new vehicle (good visibility, easy to get into, gas economy), and then suggested the Kia Soul as a car that wo come out, asked us what we wanted in a new vehicle (good visibility, easy to get into, gas economy), and then suggested the Kia Soul as a car that would possibly meet our needs. The Kia Soul was nothing we would have look considered before but stopped back and Gene gave us a thorough review of the car and took us for a test drive. We were pretty sold on the 2013 on the lot but Gene arranged for us to meet with Chris on the east side location to test drive and compare it with the 2014 model. When it came to negotiating, we were given all information, had our warranty questions answered and were very comfortable with the resulting offer. Scheduling pick up was at our convenience and we received a follow-up call in regards to title/registration and plates transfer. Car was in immaculate condition and set to go! We feel comfortable with being able to contact Gene with any questions or concerns we have in the future and would highly recommend to family and friends. More
