When I first walked into the Dorsch Dealership Jerry was the first one to greet me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. I told him exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and he took me to see a Ford edge the first one to greet me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. It was getting late that night and I needed to come back the next day to pick it up, when I arrived back Jerry was again there with a warm friendly smile making me feel welcome. He even went as far as driving my other vehicle home while I drove my new explorer. He changed my license plates for me and then I brought him back to the dealership. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience that Jerry and Dorsch gave me. I have handed out Jerry’s cards to family and friends who are getting closer each day to getting a new vehicle. I stopped in at 9:00 am took my test drive,chose my car, filled out some papers, went to work, got the call that the car was mine, stopped back after work signed the papers and drove my car home that evening. My Soul went in for an engine light issue. The repairs were completed early the next morning. I asked if they could inspect, change oil & rotate tires before pickup that day and they quickly did all the were completed early the next morning.
