Dorsch Ford far exceeded our expectations for a dealership! We felt "special" as we entered the doors .We were greeted by several salesmen, with Dallas being our primary salesman. I had called ahead to set up a test drive, and the car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Dallas was honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. He made it so easy to choose a car that fit our budget and my needs! The whole process of purchasing the car was well organized, and I especially liked the fact that Dallas sat in the car with me and went through every "button" on the dash--so I would know all the features offered. He even set up my phone to Bluetooth! Even though we came from Wausau, (about 90 miles away) it was well worth the drive!! My experience started online looking at vehicles on your website. I had scanned over quite a few of them but had narrowed it down to pretty much one. I hit the button to chat and was able to ask a few questions. I set up an appointment and Ryan called me to confirm a time to meet. I actually showed up early that day because of a cancellation of some other things I had on my schedule. I called Ryan and he was able to meet right away. He and the staff at Dorsch West made us feel at home from the moment we were in the door. Cartoons were on the TV for my son and drinks and snacks were offered. We then took the vehicle for a ride and was able to ask Ryan a few questions about the vehicle. Ryan was also very good with my son and the 500 questions he can ask. If you have a 5 year old you will understand. LOL! I also met Mark Becker and he was able to answer any questions about warranties and was able to keep me in the payment range I had stated I wanted to stay in. I give Dorsch West a highest rating of customer satisfaction because they met all the criteria of making the customer happy. From the moment we walked through the door I did not feel pressured to buy anything. They wanted to make sure I would get what I wanted. There are so many dealers that you walk through the door and its like feeding time at the zoo. People are coming from every which way to try and get you to talk to them. This can be rather annoying. This did not happen at Dorsch West. I was greeted by Ryan and Ryan only. Of course other people had said hi and greeted me but, were not pushy about anything. Thinking I was going to buy a newer "used" vehicle, I went shopping at Dorsch. After George had met us out on the lot on a Very cold afternoon, he was most helpful in letting us test drive a f vehicle, I went shopping at Dorsch. We went in to look at some pricing and went home to think about this major purchase. Realizing we didn't want to have such large monthly payments I went back the next day to tell George we needed to look at other vehicles, he was completely understanding and very patient. We discussed a few other SUVs that were either at the West side lot or weren't in inventory, in other words, not available for purchase thru George/East side location. At this point George suggested something we had considered but hadn't discussed earlier with him, a Lease. We left George and Dorsch at about 5:00pm with very large smiles on our face in our brand new Kia Sorento. I was completely impressed with George. His warm personality, great sense of humor and ultimate honesty were the reason this sale took place. The other personnel we worked with were also all very professional, friendly and helpful. Jim helped us out with some questions about leasing, and Cody made sure the financing went smoothly. Everyone made their part of the experience as positive as they could. The experience could have been improved however, by shortening the amount of time that a customer must sit waiting for pricing and financing. This is true of most car dealers, but it is a very irritating aspect of the experience and Dorsch Ford Kia would do well to buck the trend. More
