Very Satisfied! My husband and I drove to Green Bay because we saw the SUV we bought online! Eric was so knowledgeable of the car we were test driving. Went over all the great thing about the car before I drove it. He was very honest. He gave us all the paperwork about the car from the previous ower had done to make sure it was well kept up. He was very knowledgeable about the warranty which was a huge plus for us. He constantly made sure we were comfortable and often asked if we had questions and made sure we understood everything. We came back the next day to purchase the car. We came a little earlier than planned to meet with Cody to get all the paperwork done. We did have to wait a few minutes but made sure we were comfortable and had our car get the oil change and detailed while we waited and met with Cody. Cody was very helpful, knowledge and quick to get all the painful paperwork done. Eric again went over all the fun gadgets in our car before we left. He gave us his phone number when we left to call if we had any questions or concerns down the road. He was so personable and enthuistic. We were really happy with our experience at Dorsch Ford!! He was not a pushy sales person, and was willing and patient enough to allow me to look at and drive any number of cars until I had made my decision. In the end, I drove 4 separate cars before I decided on the car I chose. Left with a full tank of gas and my first 3 oil changes for free. Highly recommend. More

When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted and helped right away. We met Brad and proceeded to test drive the vehicle. Brad was incredibly helpful and informative when it came to making decisions about a vehicle. We did not feel pressured in any way. We opted for a different color vehicle which Brad was able to find and have delivered to the dealership in less than 2 days. We are so happy with the vehicle that we purchased. We got the best deal we could ask for and the dealer was very accommodating to our needs. He knew everything there was to know about the truck The service we recieved was excellent. Recently we had to take our Ford Taurus in for repairs. The service was quick and well done. When we came to pick up our vehicle the salesman who sold us our new truck greeted us at the door, asked us how the new truck was and what we where there for. We told him about our car repairs, he took the bill back the the service department and got us a discount on our bill. I can't tell you when the last time was that we were treated like that. I have never been so impressed. More
