Blown Away I stopped in for a service issue when I was approached by a salesman by the name of Chad. He asked how we were doing and offered us a beverage while we were waiting for our car to be finished. We began talking about kias and why we loved them so much. Chad asked us what we liked about our vehicle as well as what we didn't like. Before long he sparked my interest in taking a look at a new optima ex. Chad wasn't just asking questions he was listening to our needs and concerns. Then he showed us the car we had always wanted. At this point we decided to go for a test drive. Chad started out by going over the car in full detail catering to our concerns and explained many aspects and safety features no 1 had ever told us about. After he went over the car before we even drove it we were sold. We are definitely Dorsch customers for life and highly recommend if your heading there ask for Chad he went beyond our expectations. On a scale of 1-10 I give him a 20 for his extreme energy and passion to help. More

A Great Day at Dorsch From the moment we entered the dealership, we were greeting with kind and caring people. Our salesman Jordan did an excellent job of listening to our needs, and his sales manager James Vertz is an awesome guy to work with!! After test driving and negotiations, we landed on a beautiful car that fit our needs and budget!! While we waited for the final paperwork to be processed we were walked through some of the warranty items and then were offered lunch by the sales manager while we waited for vehicle delivery!! Upon delivery of vehicle, we were given a great review of the vehicle and out the door we went with our new 2014 Kia Cadenza!! But before leaving, we were also greeted by the owner, Dan Dorsch! He took time out of his busy day to congratulate us on our purchase. He also said that we could call him anytime if we needed anything. A super nice guy!! I really couldn't think of anything bad to say at all about our experience! It was that awesome and fun! I would definitely recommend Dorsch to my family and friends! Fabulous Sales Experience We were returning to the UP of Michigan from Florida with our new motorhome. We stopped at the Dorsch Ford/Kia dealership to look at the Ford Fiesta, We were returning to the UP of Michigan from Florida with our new motorhome. We stopped at the Dorsch Ford/Kia dealership to look at the Ford Fiesta, Focus and Fusion as possibilities to flat tow. Paul Smith answered all of our questions and let us go through each model. We settled on the Focus Titanium but wanted to compare it to a Chevy Sonic. We test drove a Sonic at a near-by Chevy dealership and liked it so we decided to return to Dorsch and Paul Smith to test drive the Focus. We decided the Focus was the car we wanted. Paul put some numbers together for us and we left. Paul followed up a few days later and had located a $500 coupon that Ford offered to my wife. He also recommended that we check with our insurance company as he said they sometimes offer a Ford coupon. He was correct, we got a $500 coupon through Farm Bureau Insurance. We were all set to purchase when we learned that the State of Michigan will not deduct any of our trade-in value from the purchase price of the new car to reduce the sales tax if purchased outside of Michigan. We ended up buying at a dealership in the UP but we told Paul first. He was very understanding and offered to provide the dealership that were ended up purchasing through the coupon numbers he located for us and offered to provide the dealerships names that had the exact vehicle, including color and options we wanted. The dealer in the UP nor Dorsch had the exact car we wanted but Paul had located 3 of them elsewhere. Working with Paul Smith and Dorsch was the most surprising and pleasant experience we have ever had at a car dealership. There was absolutely no pressure. They were there to show us vehicles we asked to see and explain features, function and options. After working with Paul we feel like he is part of the family. I would recommend Dorsch and Paul Smith without reservation to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford. Steve and Silvia Camps More

Rio and Sportage We originally came to the dealer to look at new Kia Rio's. We found a Kia sedan that had all the extras that we wanted, however we also wanted the ca We originally came to the dealer to look at new Kia Rio's. We found a Kia sedan that had all the extras that we wanted, however we also wanted the car to be a hatchback. We worked with Brad Zerili to find us this car, at this time we were not trading in any cars with this deal. Brad had to find us a car and said he would let us know when he had one and when they could get it delivered to the dealership. A few days later he called us and said that the car had been delivered. We set up a time to come in to purchase the car, however when we got there the car did not have hands free calling. This is one of the options we had discussed with Brad and we were set on having in the car. Brad apologized over and over and took full responsibility for the lack of this option in the car, he also referred us to Jim Eliason to discuss perhaps adding an aftermarket version of the calling feature. Jim was very knowledgeable and explained the version to us but we felt that it was not able to perform the tasks we were looking for. On a prior visit to the dealer we had driven and reviewed the Kia Sportage with Brad and told him that we most likely would be purchasing a Rio first and looking to purchase a SUV in the fall after we purchased a small car. So, when the wrong Rio was delivered as long as we were at the dealer we decided to review the Sportage once again and get a quote on our trade in vehicle as we had already been to another dealer to get our trade-in appraised. Brad was able to match the other dealers appraisal and give us what we felt was a good deal on purchasing the 2014 Sportage. We now have a 2014 Sportage and we are very happy with our purchase. We felt very comfortable working with Brad and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Brad agreed to watch for a Rio with the options we want in a slightly used vehicle for us. We look forward to working with him again. More
