Bait and switch I have been in at Dorsch many times to purchase previous cars and I have owned Ford vehicles my whole life but recently when I came in to get a new ve I have been in at Dorsch many times to purchase previous cars and I have owned Ford vehicles my whole life but recently when I came in to get a new vehicle I was told I should buy a Kia vehicle instead of a Ford. I have nothing against Kia vehicles but my heart just belongs to Ford. I did not appreciate someone telling me what type of vehicle to buy when I already had my mind made up. James did not listen to me nor seemed interested in what I had to say. Everyone else at Dorsch was fantastic and I may continue to do service at Dorsch but I because of the arrogance of James I decided to go to Broadway to purchase a Ford instead. More
