This place is the worst. Go someplace else. This place is the worst.. First off, they screwed up the alignment on my car, which resulted in a belt in one of the tires moving. After bringing it to their attention, they told me I needed a new set of tires. One would think that since they screwed it up, they would cover it. Nope. The guy quoted me a new set for $1200.00. Then I needed to get the moon roof on my car fixed as it will not close. I called the East side location and they said they were booked for awhile but that I could take it over to the West side location. So she transferred me to that location. She told me that they could not get to it today but they could get to it tomorrow. I went to drop it off, and she then explained to me that they don't do that type of work there and that I needed to go to the East side location. I have finally learned my lesson. I will never go back to this dump. This is easily the worst place I have ever done business. I should have learned my lesson after a terrible experience with the first car I bought there. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Sooner or later you will get screwed by these people. If I could have given this a negative rating I would have. I can't believe that this place is in business. Also, I do not blame Shane Smith. He at least tried to help. Talking to anyone else there is a waste of time. More

Great experience I decided to drive through the lot just to kill some time a couple months back and was pleasantly surprised by our salesman Chad Zambarda. He treated us like family and went above and beyond any vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Chad kept in touch with us for a while until we we ready and then he even remembered our radio stations we liked had them programmed In our new truck along with a hang tag that had our names on it. There must have been 15 vehicles that looked like they were all being sold that day and ready yet not a name in any of the others and he even had a bow on it for us. That small gesture seeing our names it it definitely topped off the best experience ever and we will recommend anyone we know who is looking for a vehicle go to Dorsch and ask for Chad, you can tell he really enjoys what he does and is ready to help anyone. Exceeded Expectations I had been searching for a SUV for several weeks when I paid a visit to Dorsch in early October. Chad met me in the lot and began to ask questions to I had been searching for a SUV for several weeks when I paid a visit to Dorsch in early October. Chad met me in the lot and began to ask questions to understand my situation. Prior to this visit I was feeling frustrated with the quality of vehicles I was seeing within my price range. As we began to walk the lot Chad pointed out a very nice Lincoln Navogator with lower than average mileage, but appeared to be above my price range. Before long I was behind the wheel and after bringing my wife to take a look, and a couple more test drives, the only thing keeping me from buying was the price. When Chad finally asked me what it was going to take I was honest about where the price needed to be, and to my surprise he made it happen. Chad worked very hard for my business and didn't waste my time at all. This may be the first vehicle I bought where I drove away feeling like I got a really good deal (value). Dallas was very thorough and efficient in the closing process as well. Great experience overall. More
