George made us both feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. He provided options and was very patient. I test drove only two cars. George was prepared to ride around all day with me, but it only took two. George synced up my cell phone for me and showed me how to use the technology the car was equipped with. George was easy to talk to and really broke down the barriers I had up when I walked into the dealership. I'm from the U.P. of Michigan and this dealership is 3 hours from where I live, but I bought a car anyway. The service was outstanding. My mom and I were both treated with care and respect by every person we encountered.
