He likes to look and research on the product for what feels like forever. It's a good trait, but can also mean we wait years before "pulling the trigger" on anything. When we went to Dorsch Ford Kia, I was hopeful that we would FINALLY get a new vehicle, but knew that my husband would be very cautious. I also knew that he would be completely turned off from the buying process if the sales team was pushy and made him feel pressured. This is the exact opposite of what happened. We worked with Greg Tolman who was super laid back. After the second truck we looked at, and I repeat, SECOND TRUCK, my husband was smitten and took a test drive. During the test drive Greg was able to answer all of our questions and not make the ride "awkward" and uncomfortable. When we arrived back at the dealership, my husband said this was the one! The actual buying process was painless, and even included beverages! This was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had, and I know that we will continue to be taken care of by Greg and the rest of the Dorsch Ford Kia family on Eaton Road for years to come! You really do get the real deal at Dorsch. My husband and I had been mulling over getting a new vehicle for a while because his Nissan was starting to take a turn on us. I had wanted to go elsewhere, as I had family connections at a different dealership; since we live in Howard, he had suggested we take a look at Dorsch on Lineville Road. We were not disappointed. Gene met us on the lot and talked to us like we were family, not just customers looking to buy a vehicle. We were in a bind because my husbands car was worth less than what was owed on it, and we were up front on the upside-down payment right away. That didn't scare Gene. He took us for a test drive in the F150 and after test driving our trade in, he told us without hesitation that Dorsch would be willing to match the price that another dealership had given us for trade in value. It was about 6p when we decided that we would like to purchase the truck, and Gene made it so that we were able to drive it off the lot that day. He sat us down with Mark in financial who was able to take what was owed on the trade in, and along with a small down payment, got us a great interest rate and a newer, reliable vehicle. The made the process so easy, and the payments manageable. We hadn't planned on the process being so worry free we hadn't brought the extra Nissan key with us, and were able to come in the next day to drop it off. We would, without hesitation, recommend the services of Gene, Mark, and Dorsch Ford in Howard to close friends and family. Thank you so much!! More
