The dealership was fine but the replacement of the plastic fitting for the heater hose that could be found on amazon for $18-31. Dealer cost $90 and then $430 in labor was excessive. I commented about this and received a 10% discount from the manager. It should have been an hour to two tops not 4 hours. Also the wrong part was ordered initially and this repair took a week to complete. Then quoted for tire replacement and front brakes and rotors, there was not way I would even think of having that work done at this dealership... Want to present the facts so you know what happened and can address for the single mother/parent that is living paycheck to paycheck. More
