This dealer is a joke. .. I went to buy a BRAND NEW CAR 0 MILES. Did the whole process and when I left the dealer I found out it was pre-owned ! Are you kidding me? I honest .. I went to buy a BRAND NEW CAR 0 MILES. Did the whole process and when I left the dealer I found out it was pre-owned ! Are you kidding me? I honestly was going to let it go but then on the next day i saw the radio/screen wasn't acting normal. It would loose connection, it would randomly turn off and make weird noises. I took it to the dealer and i fought. They did not do much. Supposedly they just had to update the system and thats it. They gave me my car back. SAME NIGHT the freaking radio had issues. They told me it would be best to order a new one. I went AGAIN and left it for service which was supposed to be two hours ... 2..3...4..5 hours passed, i had to ask and they told me that my car wasn't receiving the radio.. Are you serious? They kept my car for the weekend and on Monday i went to pick it up and they just said that the radio came with some defects. Ok so having a "new" radio this time it will solve the issue.. Can you still believe i am still presenting the same problems? :) and to be honest I AM SO OVER THIS PEOPLE that I really do not want to go back again if they are not fixing anything. Not only that but i trade in my old car for this new car and it has been 1 month and 16 days exactly and they haven't pay for my car :) my bank keeps calling me and they had to report me because I did not make the payments. So not only they sold me a bad car that was supposed to be brand new but they are also messing up my credit ... Worst experience of my life. More

I’ve never really had an issue with their service. I was just a little disappointed due to bringing in the car for the oil light on prior visits and the service advisor for the prior services told me I was just a little disappointed due to bringing in the car for the oil light on prior visits and the service advisor for the prior services told me it wasn’t a big deal.
