We ordered our Volkswagen ID. 4 on July 4, 2021, and just received it about a month ago. During this time, we visited the dealership multiple times to check on the status for delivery. Volkswagen (the manufacturer) was extremely delayed in the delivery of the vehicle and they provided very little information or updates on the status of the vehicle; nonetheless; the folks at Doral Volkswagen always looked into the issue and answered as many questions as they could. Had it not for been for them, my partner and I would have definitely canceled our order. We love our ID.4, but it had some scratches when we got it. I must say again that the team at Doral Volkswagen literally bent over backwards to fix the issue. Jay, Alberto, and Wilfredo have been awesome. We will definitely consider buying our next vehicle at Doral Volkswagen. Their customer service is excellent, even after the purchase has been made. We are definitely on our way to becoming long-term customers with them. More

I went in for a simple service and I had to go back twice at after receiving my car. The next day after receiving my car, the coolant level alert popped up in my car and I call my service and consultant. He at after receiving my car. He tells me to drive around that it probably va ought air, 2 days laters and the alert wouldn’t go away. I decide to lift the hood to check it out and only to find out the cap on the Coolant was missing. This could have messed up engine light f I didn’t check…I asked to speak to the service manager and he never showed up!! I am so disappointed! More
Staff isn’t friendly or professional. I was misinformed about the time my vehicle would be ready and had to cancel all my meetings for the day. People that came in after me were taken care of immediately either because they knew them personally or due to some sort of favoritism and were able to leave before me. I will make sure to advised anyone I know the way I was treated at Doral VW so they won’t have to experience the same treatment. I won’t be coming back for any service or sales in the future. More
