I met Mr Jose Jimenez when I walked in and he was really a great salesman, he was able to find the exact model with the characteristics of the car I wanted, plus he got me a great deal I couldn’t reject. Leased a Tiguan on Saturday, Did not notice at the dealership there was a chip on the back quarter panel. When home went straight back to the Doral dealership. Salesman told me Manager had left. Tried calling and online chat yesterday to confirm. Only call back was 2 rings. When i got to my phone they had hung up and again when called was not able to get anyone. The only people that answer immediately are sales persons. Hard to believe there was no manager when they were still open and that no one other than salesperson's answer phones. Salesman just called me back to confirm he will be in the dealership at 1pm; find out what will be done to rectify the issue. More
I believe that I was defrauded by Mr Juan Velez Finance Manager when I leased a vehicle in the amount of $910.00 dollars. I was told that the $910.00 would go towards a security deposit as per Mr. Velez. Manager when I leased a vehicle in the amount of $910.00 dollars. I was told that the $910.00 would go towards a security deposit as per Mr. Velez. When I received the official lease contract it did not include a security deposit, that the amount represented dealer fees. This matter was referred to the owners of Doral Volkswagen, Lithia Motors and its CEO, up to date no resolution. I was willing to take a lie detector test and declared what Mr Velez had told me of the requirements of a security deposit. Thank you Miguel Pacheco More
MI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Erick Nuñez, the General Manager at Doral Volkswagen. My recent experience at this dealership was marred by an appalling lack of professionalism, rude and improper behavior, and what appeared to be blatant racism on the part of Mr. Nuñez. During my visit, I was shocked by Mr. Nuñez’s dismissive and condescending attitude. Rather than addressing my concerns with respect and understanding, he displayed a level of rudeness that is completely unacceptable. His behavior not only lacked the basic courtesy expected in customer service but also reflected a severe disregard for the principles of professional conduct. Even more concerning was the apparent racial bias exhibited by Mr. Nuñez. It became evident through his comments and actions that he treated customers differently based on their race. Such discriminatory behavior is not only unethical but also illegal. It creates a hostile environment and tarnishes the reputation of the dealership. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I found his behavior particularly distressing. It became clear that his discriminatory attitudes extended beyond race, impacting his treatment of customers based on their sexual orientation as well. This is not only deeply offensive but also indicative of a broader issue of intolerance that must be addressed immediately. To illustrate the extent of the unprofessional behavior I encountered, I would like to share a specific incident. When I approached Mr. Nuñez to discuss the appraisal value of my trade-in vehicle, he became increasingly rude and dismissive. I had received a higher appraisal value from another dealership, and when I mentioned this, Mr. Nuñez’s demeanor shifted dramatically. He not only refused to match the offer but also made derogatory comments that felt targeted towards my race and sexual orientation. His actions were uncalled for and left me feeling humiliated and undervalued as a customer. As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of my background or identity. Unfortunately, Mr. Nuñez failed to uphold these fundamental standards. His actions have severely damaged my perception of this dealership, and I strongly urge the higher management to take immediate action to address these issues. I hope that Doral Volkswagen will recognize the severity of this situation and take the necessary steps to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated in the future. No customer should have to endure the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment that I experienced. More
