I have to say I am one very happy lady and I owe it all to Ali who from the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was treated with kindness, respect and undivided attention. As soon as I stepped foot inside Doral Volkswagen, I was kindly helped by Wilfredo Castro. I was first contacted to swing by this dealership by Zach Simpson and we immediately hit it off. I was a big fan of the VW Atlas Cross Sport and was not disappointed. Wilfredo found the exact color and model that I was seeking, test drove it and immediately knew that I did not want to leave without it! Next we went over to another kind professional, Rayner Holmes the Finance Manager, and we broke down the financial part of the deal. These meetings, admittedly can be intimidating, but both Wilfredo and Rayner both made the transaction as easy and simple as anyone could! They broke down the terms easily, gave me multiple options and made it easy. They both left me with the impression of helping the customer out. Wilfredo also helped set up my VW app for my Atlas, update my insurance and answered ALL questions and concerns I had without a hiccup. This is my 2nd Volkswagen purchase and I couldn't be happier.
