I stopped by the dealership on a rental car, all I wanted to do is look at the new models because I needed a car, I was promptly helped by Mr. Alberto I stopped by the dealership on a rental car, all I wanted to do is look at the new models because I needed a car, I was promptly helped by Mr. Alberto Pedrozo and I told him that the most important feature I wanted in a car was that it needed to be manual transmission. Trying to find a manual transmission in a car, is very difficult in the USA, but Mr. Pedrozo took me to the place where they kept all their inventory and from there I got to choose the exact car I wanted including color, he was very patient and not pushy so I decide to close the deal right then. After all papers were signed and I had a beautiful new blue Jetta, Mr. Pedrozo offered to drive it to my house so I could take my rental with me. I was impressed.
