We had two different sales people which complicated A very disappointing and frustrating experience. We were torn between a new and slightly used car. We had two different sales people which complicated the situation. Both sides (new and used) played the typical price games. We walked out and received a call with a lower price. When we didn't bite, another price was offered. After agreeing on a price, we were presented with the Car Fax which showed a minor accident. Thus information should have been disclosed prior to the final paperwork. The sales manager on the used car side was VERY disrespectful and rude. I expected better from Volkswagen. More
