Oil change I brought in my Kia Sorrento 2015 that I leased with esserman in feb 2015. I liked that I was helped quickly upon arriving, as well as checked in. Overall I liked the service and will come back, the only thing I did not like was that I was told to come back in 1 hour and when I did, the car was not ready and I had to wait another hour in the lobby. Best service ever Every time I service my car here, I have the best, friendly and courteous treatment, last time was 1 week ago, I was able to talk to the chief of tech Every time I service my car here, I have the best, friendly and courteous treatment, last time was 1 week ago, I was able to talk to the chief of technician (his name is Dean) as my problems was king of weird, he took the time to drive my car and find the two problems the car had, he even took it to the Express way to test the lane departure signal and stability, in addition taught me some advanced features the car has, which I new but I never dare to try (like letting the car stopping by itself while on cruise control). He then, wanted to look for a software upgrade of the steering wheel and optimization of other advanced features, and then installed it, which took about 1/2 hour. Now the car drives even better and the issues disappeared. I thank them for this personalized service and attention to details. More
