My 1st Experience with Esserman. Today I went into the Esserman garage for a follow up look at my new VW. Francisco Mora was my intro Representative into VW maintenance . I was met with a warm smile,a firm friendly hand shake and a Good Morning Mark. mmmmm Seems friendly, they knew my name . Service was quick,through and easy. Francisco made sure of it .I was directed to a very nice lounge where I had some DD coffee and one of my favorite doughnuts while I watched the latest results of Trump winning the up coming election on a large screen TV. Smiles and "Good Mornings" from passing office personnel gave a familiar atmosphere. My review? Whats to say........It was Special. Thanks Francisco More

Poor level of service. If I could give this dealer zero stars, I would. The level of service that I had previously experienced has taken a sharp decline. I have taken my car back to Esserman three times since December of last year and finally said enough is enough. From a wrench left under the hood to mechanical issues that I've found that the service team did not, it's ridiculous. There's a level of service that one expects when taking your car to an authorized VW dealer and this is not what I've been getting. I finally took my car to another dealer and they found problems that Esserman should have caught. Let's face it, vehicle repairs can be costly and while I may not have the funds to fix every problem with the vehicle in one shot, I do expect the service team to notify me of what problems I should fix asap and what I can wait to fix. Don't tell me that my car is in great condition when I KNOW that it's not. I won't be taking my car back to Esserman for service ever again and I'll be sending a letter to VW corporate. I'm extremely disappointed. More

This young man took time to explain the issue my car had.Even though the service department made a mistake ( The Service advisor, Ariel, is excellent. This young man took time to explain the issue my car had.Even though the service department made a mistake (installed a battery that was different than what I have ordered in this department), Ariel was able to solve this issue in ten minutes after I found the mistake and went back to tell him in the same day. We satisfied with the service! More
