When you walk in you immediately get surrounded by salesmen and they are very nice until you say you are NOT buying the car...then they turn away and are no longer courteous. This has been my personal experience and the experience of most people I know. At Esserman I was greeted with a smile by Rainier Garcia and he was very pleasant the entire time. When we couldn't come to terms, I left and he said goodbye with a smile and was still very nice. I cam back to him later and bought the car. Nice guy and nice place. More
