Great experience!! Upon arrival I was quickly met by Greg and he began inspection on my car. After about 30 minutes, they discovered a water pump issue which changed the amount of time my car would be needed and so Greg arranged for a me to get a ride home. I was then updated throughout the time my car was at Esserman and was told when it was ready to be picked up. Greg is a wonderful service member who understands customer needs and happily answers all questions. He is an asset to the Esserman team. I mentioned I had a year left in my lease and was interested in the Tiguan. His face lit up and he had to show me the new R-Line Tiguan. He then introduced me to Wilfredo who took all my information and told me a bit about himself. I look forward to working with him when I’m ready to move into a new lease. More

Waste of my time Adviser was great but Dealer made me waste my time. When I scheduled my appointment I made it very clear that it was for a recall. I went on a Saturday at 9:00 am to be called an hour later and advised that the part was not in and that it would take 1 week. I will not be returning to this dealer for any service until it is time for me to return my lease. More

Up to the promise I have three cars and due to that quite a bit of services to do. When I arrived at Esserman Service at my scheduled time there were many cars. In spite of that I was taken immediately and promised to have my car back in an hour and half. I doubted it would be possible with so many cars in line. I was directed to the waiting area to help myself with coffee and wifi. When my name was called it was exactly one hour after I left my car, and I was sure something is wrong. Actually I was wrong - my car was done, nicely washed and ready to go. With my other two cars I have never experienced such a service (they are not VW models). I was impressed, highly satisfied and happy I drove so far from my home for the service in spite of the fact that another VW dealership is just four blocks from my house. I did it just because I promised to two people at Esserman when I signed my lease, Arelis Bravo and Pancho Diaz, that I will try your service. Thank you. I will come again. More
