I would not recommend this dealership for service. Was told my wait time would about an hour and a half. I waited almost 3 hours for my car. Not once did my service manager provide updates on how much lon told my wait time would about an hour and a half. I waited almost 3 hours for my car. Not once did my service manager provide updates on how much longer it would be. It took me going to him to find out. I also didn’t like the fact the service tech took my car out for about 20 mins to test it. There was no need to have the car out that long. All I was getting done was an oil change, tire rotation and update on software. If he wants to joyride, he can use a car on your lot. More
