Our experience with the salesman, Ali, was exceptional. We did not finance the vehicle. The dealership needs to invest in the backend related to the individuals that handle the signing of documents and We did not finance the vehicle. The dealership needs to invest in the backend related to the individuals that handle the signing of documents and agreements. The person that was handling the signing package did not speak fluent English and could not answer my questions. I worked for a car dealer for 5 years and know the process, very well. There were inconsistencies between the electronic documents and the paper documents that did not correlate, which made me uncomfortable with signing. I felt I was forced to accept these documents as I could not get explanations why there were blanks on documents I was signing electronically inconsistent to the paper documents. I ultimately signed everything just to get out of there. There should not be that much frustration for a "cash" deal. The vehicle was not properly detailed. When I test drove the vehicle, the tire pressure sensor light came on. It was a Sunday and there was no service technician onsite that could inspect the vehicle. I was not offered a service appointment to return and have this inspected. The vehicle does have remaining factory warranty, therefore this should be covered. I could go on although it would probably not make a difference. Otherwise, I am happy with my vehicle. More

Visited VW Doral looking to replace my Atlas and at first service at the dealership was nonexistent. Luckily found Ramses who saved the day as I was ready to walk out.
