Service Department needs to improve at this Dealership! . My Nautilus needed service, called and decided for the Pickup/Delivery feature. Big mistake!. It was picked up after I had to call twice and returned NOT washed or even vacuumed plus, there was a griese spot on the driver side seat!. Don’t bother calling after 5:00pm because they don’t pick up the phone. Next day I asked the Advisor for an explanation and he really didn’t offer one, I think he wasn’t surprised at the poor performance. They came to get my car to “get it cleaned as priority” however, I guess “priority” means different things to different people. The Service Department IS the backbone at any Dealership. It seems Doral Lincoln Management hasn’t figured this out yet!. Very poor customer service. More
