I purchased a car Saturday (5/29/2021) at 8:00pm with Robert (Sales Person). I called Robert the same night when I arrived home with the car to let him know that it was making a very loud and unusual sou Robert (Sales Person). Robert mentioned that it was normal because the car has been parked for a very long time and I just needed to drive it a little more. The sound was not normal at all to me so I told him I would come-by the dealer the next day which was Sunday (5/30/2021). When I arrived the next day I spoke with Robert who drove the car and immediately mentioned that it sounds like the tire is rubbing into something. I did not agree with him and the evaluation he made which is why I requested to speak the used car manager. The manager drove the car and advised me to bring it back when the services department opens since they were closed due to "Memorial Day weekend". I dropped off the car (6/1/2021) at 8:39 AM per his suggestions. The car was evaluated by Jose who is the specialist in these types of cars. I have learned that the issue with the car looks to be a differential problem which basically transmits engine power to the wheels... I'm not a car expert but this is not an issue I should be having with a car that has just been purchased. These types of issues should be addressed prior to the car old/new being sold to a prospective buyer. My only concern since day one has been the safety of my boys and I as I have mentioned to them multiple times. At this point I would like for these people to face me nd find a solution for me. According to them the issue has been resolved but being that its related to the engine I don't feel comfortable taking the car anymore. I have been trying to speak with a supervisor since yesterday at 8:30am which is when I dropped off the car and I'm still waiting.... I have communicated with my sales person that I need to speak with someone that has "decision making power" multiple times and nothing. I would like for a supervisor to communicate with me in regards to this issues ASAP because I'm tired of people ignoring me and not taking my concerns seriously. When I arrived there on Saturday it was about 8 people who came-out to help me but now that I'm having this issue nobody is willing to call me or face me. They know who I am and they have my information. Also, please save the apologies and the thank you because I'm not interested at this time. More

Wow. if you look at the hundreds of reviews I have given in my time of writing reviews is likely 98%. However, this group merits a poor rating. Then the Sales Manager will say, "Oh, I'm so sorry, but I have this other car for you. I know it's not quite what you wanted, but we are really sorry about that." I can see a corner used car lot doing someone this way, but a licensed dealer? This is open and obvious deception you can see, imagine what you don't see. There are many dealers out there, I would not take a chance with this one. More

El día 17 de noviembre pase al Dealer del Doral para hacer algunas preguntas sobre mi Lincoln Navigator Reserve, 1- hace algunos meses reemplazaron por garantía todos los wiper del auto delanteros y tr hacer algunas preguntas sobre mi Lincoln Navigator Reserve, 1- hace algunos meses reemplazaron por garantía todos los wiper del auto delanteros y trasero, hoy el trasero está destrozado resultado de la mala calidad de las refacciones que instalan en Lincoln por garantía el asesor que me está atendiendo es bastante pesado y mal educado, y sólo repite una y otra vez que es culpa del Sol, si fuera culpa del Sol las delanteras estarían destrozadas igualmente, es un insoportable ese tipo 2- Nuevamente tengo problemas con la luz del panel interior de control del asiento de lado del conductor. 3- hace algunos meses la navigator fue varias veces a pintura por detalles Que traía de fábrica, y más de una vez la tuve Ake regresar para atrás porque no quedaba el trabajo de pintura, al parecer como el taller donde hacen estos trabajos es del papá de uno de los MANAGER de la agencia da igual si los autos quedan bien o mal pintados ellos se encubren sus porquerías estos malos pintores me dejaron los cristales del auto con una capa de algún producto que es imposible quitar, ya he probado con muchísimos productos y con ninguno logro quitar esa capa que al caerle el agua de lluvia o la humedad de la mañana no puedo ver nada para adelante y es peligroso, el asesor de servicio que me atendió me dijo que iba a ver si me podían hacer el favor de quitarme esa capa que dejaron en los cristales, pero vuelvo a comentarles te hablan como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor 4- las llantas se están gastando por fuera llevas el auto antes diferentes lugares donde alinean las llantas y en ninguno pueden hacerlo porque las llantas están alineadas. Entonces porque se gastan por fuera 5- el trato en esta agencia es cada día peor te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor cuando es todo lo contrario, está gente no tiene idea de lo que es la atención al cliente de calidad, es notorio el enfado, enojo y molestia con la que trabajan He tenido muchos más problemas pero no acabaría ni en una hora más, lo que si les puedo decir es que los MANAGER de esta agencia brillan por su Aucencia cuando pides hablar con alguno de ellos se niegan enviándote un mensaje con la secretaria justificando que no está, o está ocupado, o simplemente no vino a trabajar, es molesto pagar por recibir estos servicios tan pésimos Yo decido abrir un caso en Lincoln USA ya ellos están informados Estoy deseoso de qie habrán servicio en clutter bay a ver si tienen mejor atención, creo Que se van a quedar sin clientes cuando esto suceda More
