My purchase experience at Doral Lincoln was very good. I ordered my car in November 2013 and it wasn't available for me until the last part of February 2014. This seemed to be a rather lengthy delay. The issue may be caused by the Lincoln factory/transportation rather than the dealership however. Other than this delay and the availability of adequate information on the progress of the vehicle reaching me I have no complaints concerning the purchase of my new Lincoln. More

I ve purchased 2 cars from Doral, my daughter has done the same....we service our vehicles at Doral. I ve dealt with other dealerships in my lifetime and none of them come close to Doral, they are friendl the same....we service our vehicles at Doral. I ve dealt with other dealerships in my lifetime and none of them come close to Doral, they are friendly, non pushing, they let you make up your mind, instead of making the decusion for you, like most dealers do. The worst place to do business. Salesman was good, managers make promises and don't deliver! They sold me a car with different tires (made in CHINA), when I pointed this out, they said they will chan managers make promises and don't deliver! They sold me a car with different tires (made in CHINA), when I pointed this out, they said they will change the tires, but that was just lip service to get the sale. I was also promised a small discount, ($300 ) that was not given by the managers. The price was inflated with various charges, had to send the car back for basic cleaning and then a 2nd time because the engine wasn't washed. Was promised 30 days warranty, after paying, was told car is sold as is because it is used! Promises are not kept, avoid Doral Lincoln! More
