Had my vehicle picked up by Roadside assistance Sunday @ 6pm... Service Ctr had already called my office by Monday 9:30am prior to my arrival - to advise me my car was ready & fully maintained /up to date & 6pm... I purchased a previously owned 2010 Lincoln Navigator from Doral Lincoln in late 2012. The buying experience was pleasant and I was treated with extreme professionalism. I have used them on a few occasio from Doral Lincoln in late 2012. The buying experience was pleasant and I was treated with extreme professionalism. I have used them on a few occasions for warranty issues and all went well. Today Tuesday March 18th, 2014 I decided to use them to do a complete brake job on my Navigator. I called the service department around 09:00am and spoke to Carlos Viera and he informed me that they could start the service around 10:00am and quoted me very reasonable price. I showed up around 10:30am and met with Carlos and they began the service. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience. James Gonzalez was the service technician and he performed his job perfectly. I will continue to use them for all of my automobile needs from this time forward. I will also recommend them to everyone. More
This is my third visit for service since I leased my 2012 Lincoln MKZ. My experience each and every time has been nothing short of excellent from the environment and waiting room to the personnel. Mr. Giovanni Martinez the service writer is always attentive and concerned and performs his job and a very professional and courteous manner. As I waited I saw Mr. Jose Rivera and Mr. Yancarlo Garcia and they both recognized me and were very warm and friendly and genuine. When my lease ends in 17 months I will lease a new vehicle from this dealership because I feel they offer an honest and fair deal. More

I have been told by your Service Department that I am not able to link my Blackberry to my car via SYNC. This is very problematic for me. I am in my car for business a good part of each day. The fact I cannot use Bluetooth is extremely frustrating. Thruthfully, if I had known of this limitation I would not have purchased the car and would have stayed with BMW. More
