Horrible experience Bought a used car from this dealer not too long ago. After one day of driving, the battery died on me and the dealer insisted that it was a loose cabl Bought a used car from this dealer not too long ago. After one day of driving, the battery died on me and the dealer insisted that it was a loose cable. After proving that the reason was the battery, the dealer brushed me off and told me that it was not their problem. On top of that, the salesman lied to me about what I was being charged for on my car. In the end, I am forced to cough up more money to the dealership because of so called "professionals" that try to cheat people out of their money. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Why can't people be right? So it was back in August, I noticed a cute 128i CPE BMW which I have been looking for my daughter as a birthday gift, and also because of her grades So it was back in August, I noticed a cute 128i CPE BMW which I have been looking for my daughter as a birthday gift, and also because of her grades in college. Well it started on the Internet and wound up speaking to Javier. We agreed on the price of the car, just need to appraise the Honda my daughter was going to trade, no biggy. Javier's words were I will have the car brought up front so when you and your daughter arrive we will be all set, just need to look at the Honda. Mind you coming from Boca Raton 33433, over one hour drive. We get to the dealer and no car up front, my daughter says there it is dad, it was on the lot. Javier came out and brought Pedro, a nice salesman with the key, he gives me the one key, I go to car and see the door lock is open, I right away try to use the remote, not working, I say we need a battery. no problem I was told we will give you a we owe and you can then put a battery in, when you want to return. Well, that never happened either. The ad read BOOKS & KEYS. We received ONE KEY & NO BOOKS> What people not to do business with. Dance around story tellers. David in Finanace was Great and honest, everyone else, take a PASS. MC- Never Again... More
