I saw the same thing, only 2 or 3 star review, but trust me this dealership is class act and is well deserving of a 5 star rating. When contacting the dealership, please ask to speak with Sales Manager Michael Griffiths and Specialist Jorge Fuste, both of whom are extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. I've been researching a vehicle for months and been to several dealerships, this was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever encountered. In addition, I would also like to mention that the dealership has very competitive pricing, prompt and courteous customer service, honesty, integrity and no high pressure. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I will be a long time Doral Lincoln customer, I would highly recommend Doral Lincoln to anyone including my family, friends, co-workers and especially customers that are in the market for a vehicle. Liars Yesterday, in the late afternoon of 12/2/15, I contacted Doral Lincoln on their website to confirm that they had a particular pre-owned car I was inte Yesterday, in the late afternoon of 12/2/15, I contacted Doral Lincoln on their website to confirm that they had a particular pre-owned car I was interested in. I provided the stock # (FR614444) and they confirmed that it was available and made an appointment with me to see it the next morning. The trip to the dealership took over an hour each way. When I got to Doral Lincoln they keep me waiting approximately 30 minutes and then told me the car had been sold the previous night! This was a car that was listed on their website, as available, for a number of days before I contacted them. None-the-less, they told me that it was sold the night before I drove down. No phone call or email this morning to let me know that the car was not available. Instead, they let me make the trip for nothing. As I write this, the car is listed as STILL AVAILABLE on their website. After this experience, I don't believe that the car was available when I initially contacted Doral Lincoln and they knew this. Instead, they let me make the hour plus drive; for what? Maybe they thought that I would just buy another car since I made the trip down anyway. This is the behavior of Liars; and hence this review. Beware of dealing with this dealer. More

I don't recommended them. They are not cheap, so I don't need to receive bad manners. More
BUYER BEWARE! This is just the first review of many that i'm going to leave for this shady dealership. First of all I paid cash for the vehicle, and an additional $ This is just the first review of many that i'm going to leave for this shady dealership. First of all I paid cash for the vehicle, and an additional $1,000.00 for the CPO, (Certified Pre-Owned), which to them obvioulsy means nothing, because less than a week later I find out that the front brakes were installed incorrectly. Each whell has in inboard, and out board brake pad, however, this vehicle had both inboard pads on the drivers side, and both outboard pads on the passenger side which resulted in my wife almost being thrown off the highway into the opposite lane of traffic, I immediately took it to a Lincoln dealership, which repaired the warped front rotors, hubs, and brake pads to a tune of $995.00. I live in Georgia and purchased the vehicle in Florida. When contacting Doral Lincoln, all they wanted to do was play games with me on the phone... Then after they agreed to refund my out of pocket costs, they sent me a check for $320.00.... And are still playing phone games...Called Lincoln Corporate and filed a complaint, now I'm have a 2 sided sign made so I can drive up and down the stree in front of their dealership! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger on a Thursday and the following Tuesday check engine came on and it had transmission problems luckily still under warranty. My problem is that management was unwilling to help me with a loaner vehicle (since i did not purchase it new) or at least help with a rental since they sold me a damage vehicle that had to go under major repairs. It feels like i was being pushed aside maybe because i am not as valuable because i could only afford a used vehicle and not a new one. I think i am not wrong to think that this reputeable dealership should at least try to help the person they sold a bad vehicle to. It has now been 5 days and i still do not have my vehicle and and Doral Lincoln is still unwilling to help out in this situation. So much for customer service and attention! More
