Noticeable improvement in the service dept My previous service advisor was terrific but he left the company. There are 2 new employees with excellent customer service. Alan and a younger employee, I should have taken his name. Alan is my new service advisor he was very attentive. He was respectful and knowledgable . Management has done a good job of listening and responding to customer needs. More

I was getting ready to close the deal on another vehicle (not Lincoln) and came in without my husband to give the MKS another look. The salesman was not pushy and I did not get the impression that he was trying to pull a fast one because I was there alone. I have gotten numerous emails and phone calls asking about my experience and the dealership hand delivered chocolates to me at my office (which were delicious). It's actions like these that give me a piece of mind in that I made the best choice. The only improvement needed is the length of time between sitting in the finance chair and the vehicle being delivered. More
