Servicio Estube en el dealer para sevicio para mi carro que tenia problemas mecanicos el carro lo compre en ese dealer y tambien una garantia estendida .. me Estube en el dealer para sevicio para mi carro que tenia problemas mecanicos el carro lo compre en ese dealer y tambien una garantia estendida .. me atendio alan y como segun el mi garantia no cubria el arreglo el quedo en que llamaria a la garantia para darme una respuesta y hasta el dia de hoy nunca me a llamado para darme una respuesta ni un estimado de lo que cuesta mi arreglo sin saber si yo pagaria o no por el servicio .... muy mal trabajo de su parte porque nunca me dio siquiera un estimado ,,, de esa manera perderan muchos clientes .... mal servicio por ese lado...... Good experience with my car service After having a problem with my Lincoln MKX, it didn't start in the morning and after opening the hood, I notice the battery positive post was green, I After having a problem with my Lincoln MKX, it didn't start in the morning and after opening the hood, I notice the battery positive post was green, I made a call and spoke with Mr. Alan Silva, He advise me to bring the car to the dealer as soon as possible. After arriving to the Doral dealer Mr. Alan took care of me within five minute, they took the car in and after a few minute He advised me that the battery was leaking, was replace and we agree that they would order a new battery cable.
