I was not even sure with Black Label service this could be done, but a dealer rep picked up my MKZ at my office in Miami at 10:30am and returned it by I was not even sure with Black Label service this could be done, but a dealer rep picked up my MKZ at my office in Miami at 10:30am and returned it by 2pm completely finished with the 7500 Mile check-up and totally washed like new. The rep was extremely nice and helpful. I was worried this would not work and I would be stranded overnight without my vehicle. Fast and Corteous I took my MKC in for scheduled maintenance. I arrived at 7:15 and was out by 7:30 am with a loaner MKZ.
