Great service!!! My car didn’t start so I called the Lincoln road assistance and they picked up my car in less than 1 hour. They towed my car to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. They called me first thing in the morning on Monday to let me know it was the battery which needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. They brought back the car to my house before noon. I really was gladly impressed with this kind of service. My service advisor was Antonio. Thank you so much! More

OUR AFTERNOON AT DORAL LINCOLN We arrived at Doral Lincoln about !:00 for our scheduled appointment and were warmly greeted. We came to discuss leasing a 2017 MKZ. The salesperson, We arrived at Doral Lincoln about !:00 for our scheduled appointment and were warmly greeted. We came to discuss leasing a 2017 MKZ. The salesperson, Ruben, promptly brought a vehicle for us to try that immediately impressed us. We came in our 2013 MKS which we hoped to use for part payment on a flex-pay lease. The terms were fair and we drove out with our sixth Lincoln in a row. We started in 1992 with a Continental from Coral Gables Lincoln(out of business), then three Town Cars, and then the MKS four years ago from Doral. The entire process took about three hours with the test drive, appraisal of our trade, paper work for insurance, registration, etc and the transfer of property from one car to the other. There was also a great inservice for the new car from Ruben. More
