STATY AWAY. THIS DEALERSHIP IS ROTTEN FROM BOTTOM TO THE TOP. IF YOU THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM BEWARE. The sales staff will say anything to close the THIS DEALERSHIP IS ROTTEN FROM BOTTOM TO THE TOP. IF YOU THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM BEWARE. The sales staff will say anything to close the deal. The will promise things they don’t even know and lie whenever they think they can get away with it. From the start they promised me as part of the deal they would throw in all weather rubber floor mates and get me the retractable truck cover for the SUV. Before the ink on the contact was dry, they tried to pull they only had 1 key, they never promised me the floor mates, and gave me some xx about shipping me the trunk cover. My family member was so shocked they literally had to start screaming on the sales floor that they are liars and had to get the owner of the dealership to come down to sort it out. Sales people lie and talk out their xxx as we all would expect but this was next level. The sold me on how the Certifed preowned had 100 something point inspection testing and they made sure everything was check out and on point before they put the car for sale. xxxxxxxx the day I drove it home I was already on the phone telling them to set an appointment because they alignment was significantly off. The service center people are the worst of the worst. From the service advisors you The services advisors her are so uneducated or have hearing problems because every time I went in for service (more than 5 times in under 10 months) they wrote multiple of complaints/services request incorrectly which resulted in the mechanics fixing or replacing things I never even mentioned just so they could get paid by the warranty. Even when the service advisors recorded my requests correctly the techs/mechanics were neglectful and still missed things multiple time’s. For example, I complied that there was excessive vibration from the motor for a 4 cylinder. On 2 separate service appointments (lasting over 7-10 days each time) they said they found nothing. The next time I came in I was furious. I went to the service manager and told him this is ridiculous and I want him to supervise it the next time it went on the lift. When the called me to say the car was ready this time on the work order completed form it showed multiple creaked and leaking motor mounts and transmission mounts! It took 3 times to find a major issue. Are they blind or just ignorant!? As I noticed more issues this pattern with messing up writing my complaints, doing services incorrectly, and missing or ignoring things repeated itself to a shocking degree. I said when I push the horn in the center of the steering wheel it doesn’t work only when I push on the edges. They wrote “customer says horn not work” the proceeded to remove the front end and replaced the horn itself but never fixed the actually button as I requested. When I told the service manager this he said it worked fine for him, I said we both know that you guys did not even try to fix this issue. At a certain point they did not want to stand by their product and deal with fixing things they should have had fixed before the sale and told me “we believe we fixed everything we are required to and if your not satisfied go to another dealership” these were the words of the dealership owner/manager. He was so disrespectful insinuating I have some mental problem. Just disgusting. More
