I would give 5 stars because the salesman fought tooth and nail for me to get this car, but the car was sold to me with bald tires when I was told I would get new ones. The worst after-sales service I have ever experienced with a car dealer. They sell cars with problems and take no responsibility for them afterward. In my case, I bought a car with 29,000 miles and immed with a car dealer. They sell cars with problems and take no responsibility for them afterward. In my case, I bought a car with 29,000 miles and immediately had to spend $800 on a tune-up. There is zero quality control over the cars they sell. In my case, the Kia Forte I purchased was given to me with a loose oil cap, so within a few days, it had lost almost all of its oil. To complete this horrible experience, I must also mention that despite fully paying off the credit from Chase bank, and after numerous calls and messages (which they no longer respond to), I have not been able to collect the GAP refund for the unused portion. This is a procedure they typically handle, and undoubtedly make money from, but they refuse to pay the amount owed. Deplorable service. More
