Doral Kia advertised a 2025 BMW X1 (VIN ending 2406, Stock #PDK5349) at an internet price of $32,815, with a listed "Lithia Difference" discount of $2,085 off KBB value. When I came in to purchase as a cash buyer (after multiple email exchanges with their internet sales rep, sharing the CARFAX and window sticker), I was told the advertised price was only valid if I financed through the dealer. Cash buyers were quoted a substantially higher price. This appears to violate Florida Statute 501.976, which requires advertised vehicle prices to include all material limitations or restrictions. There is no disclosure on their website that the price requires financing. Additionally, the listing describes the vehicle as a "one owner, local trade." The CARFAX they later provided clearly shows it was a Sixt rental car titled in Texas and purchased at auto auction in February 2026 — not a local trade. I walked away. Buyers should be aware that the internet price advertised here may not reflect the actual price available to cash buyers, and vehicle history descriptions in their listings may not match the CARFAX. I have filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General and Lithia Motors corporate. More

I had a good overall experience at the KIA dealership, especially working with Lillian. She was friendly, professional, and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. That said, I did run into some especially working with Lillian. She was friendly, professional, and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. That said, I did run into some issues with the car before taking it home. Within 4 days, the problems were addressed and resolved, and the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle during that time, which I appreciated. However, the process for handling these issues of the loaner definitely needs improvement. you need to go to a Hertz office to pickup vehicle and the service there was horrible. In the end, I’m satisfied with how things were resolved, but there’s room for improvement on the service side More
