Service department has scammers working there I just left extremely disappointed after taking my car in to fix something that was still under warranty. My friend is a mechanic and told me to take the car to get it fixed because the part was still under warranty, so when I took it, they blamed the noise my car was making on the tires even before looking at my car! Once my car was ready, Juan at the service desk, said "it was the tires, I told you". Then to top it off he proceeded to tell me that my front breaks also needed to be changed. When I told him that I had just had them replaced he had to call the mechanic who then apologized and said that he meant to write that the breaks were fine! More
Extremely poor customer service No one in this dealer has any idea of what customer service really stands for. Having an issue with my car purchased there and the only service I get No one in this dealer has any idea of what customer service really stands for. Having an issue with my car purchased there and the only service I get is how fast I can get transferred to the next person. Not one single person has taken the time to listen to my problems and try to help. These are the same people who offered smiles and help while I was purchasing the car but now with no interest since they cannot profit from my troubles. Very sad indeed. More
Staff issues I just literally walked in and there's only one person behind the counter. No welcome salute just a simple " grab and number and we will call you". There's gotta be around 30 impatient current customers waiting for service. Looking forward to spend most of my morning for a simple oil change. By the way a second employee just walked in, she is the cashier. I don't think anyone has gotten any service yet for them to see the cashier. More

When finally making the decision in buying my first brand new car, which it was a Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T (base) back in September 2013 I was disappointed when I got turned down for having a low credit and basically asking for a huge down payment. From how I see it some dealers always try to do anything to sell you a car but it wasn't the case with Doral Hyundai. Made the decision to go to another dealer which it was Kendall Hyundai and I was amazed how they exceeded my expectation with their service and willing to help to sell me the car. My sales consultant was Eduardo Russinyol which is working now at Doral. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and persistent that I was going to walk away with the car I wanted... well sure enough I did and with a down payment of $1500 compared to $7000! The service was so great that my mother-in-law leased the Sonata from him at Kendall Hyundai, therefore if someone is looking in buying a car I'd recommend you see him. After a year decided to trade in the same car with the 2014 Limited edition equipped with the technology package and Eduardo made it happen again. My experience with the service department at Doral Hyundai at first it was great but then it became an absolute nightmare! Some of the service advisors looked like they were bothered and wanting to stay behind their desks. I always stand where I can see the car because I trust nobody especially them doing the maintenance... even had the eager to tell me in not being so paranoid! Well in my second visit did oil change + tire rotation (6,000 miles) and I noticed scratches in all the wheels and let it slide. In the last visit which it was at the beginning of March did the same maintenance as above and completely deep scratched the inside of lug nut hole. Spoke to service manager Frank Gonzalez and said that always happens and I didn't care about his lame excuse and said it needs to be repaired, he said "IF" they fix it I'm not allowed to do service in the dealer again so I found that very unprofessional and inappropriate. Decided to speak to general manager and he proceeded to fix the wheels and next time I bring it for service put in the notes to not remove the wheels with the air impact gun. On the way back to service manager's office all he said is this issue is going to cost him a lot of money and I said well I don't give xxxx but you need to fix them, he supposedly made the appointment with some company to fix it and until have not received a call from the Frank Gonzalez. If you need to do maintenance avoid Doral Hyundai as possible! More

Employees screaming across the room at other employees , conversations of personal lives and service providers stuck to the vending machines, chatter underneath their breath while staring at customers and laughing. This place overall is one big joke and the customers are the targets because we suffer when the employees drop the ball. Overall this was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this center for service to anyone looking for good quality customer service. If I could rate this service center any lower than a zero I would. More
The service team at Doral Hyundai were quick and easy to deal with. Their loaner program is what made our service issue a hassle free experience. The service advisor Daniel, kept in contact with us throughout the week as the car was having a minor issue fixed. Also, Nick Tagle is a true professional in his field. He was also involved with communicating with us even if though it was for a service related issue. Being it is our first off brand vehicle and surprisingly it has been one of the smoothest cars we had ever owned. We are extremely happy with our Genesis Sedan and have recommended others to give Hyundai a chance. Our family members will come and see him for their next vehicle purchase.
