Technician did not advise of tires needing replacement. Service was supposed to include tire rotation. If rotation was actually done, any mechanic worth his salt would have seen the tread below the limit Service was supposed to include tire rotation. mi atencion a la llegada fue problematica, yo tenia cita a las 11 y un senor me dijo que esperara al lado del carro, al ver que iban y venian y nadie me atendia, informe que yo tenia cita a las 11 y entonce a las 11 y un senor me dijo que esperara al lado del carro, al ver que iban y venian y nadie me atendia, informe que yo tenia cita a las 11 y entonces me mandaron para dentro de las oficinas, tampoco nadie me atendia y de repente veo que un muchacho que me paso por el lado y salio con su laptop, ni siquiera me pregunto si estaba atendida sino que salio a recibir carros, paso enfrente de mi carro y al no ver a nadie siguio al siguiente carro, alli sali y le aclare que primero habia llegado yo, por lo que fue directamente a mi, y le aclare la mala informacion de quien debia atenderme, luego todo fluyo perfectamente, a las 2 horas me aviso que mi carro estaba listo, recibi el carro y me fui; pero a mitad de camino me di cuenta que no me habian puesto el sticker con el nuevo millaje en el cual debia traer nuevamente micarro para hacer el servicio a futuro, por lo que tuve que devolverme al concesionario para pedir mi sticker. Mucho les recomiendo manejen mejor el caos y con gente afuera que de la informacion correcta para no ternelo a uno de un lado para otro, More

Maximo sold me my Hyundai at the Doral dealership. Be was the worst salesman ever. He yelled at my mother and I and slammed the desk while disrespecting us and telling us to leave because my mom want Be was the worst salesman ever.
