I love the service at this dealership! I have 2 closer dealers to my house but I drive the 30 minutes to this place thanks to service advisors like Juan Castillo. He is amazing at communication and does a dealers to my house but I drive the 30 minutes to this place thanks to service advisors like Juan Castillo. He is amazing at communication and does an amazing job explaining what a car needs in non mechanic terms. He is the reason I continue going the extra miles to see this dealership and why I recommend it to everyone. If you go here for service look for him and you will be very satisfied. I have tried both dealers closer to my home and work but they always leave me unsatisfied. Nothing is explained. Just pay what we ask and get out. But Juan is completely different he happily explained everything until I was satisfied and then made sure to call when he promised. This is my second car from Doral Hyundai and with service like this, it won’t be my last. More

After i received my keys the service department didn't know where was car was! so i have to look for my car by myself in a sea of cars but the WORSE part was when i looked at the odometer it had 100 MORE miles! and my car was in for a paint repair doubt they put those miles for testing. More

Sent my car in for a bad ECU, and notified me my battery was bad, so they replaced it with "an old one we had lying around". Well, apparently they installed the battery on backwards because now I have a fried alternator, brake switch, condenser fan, fuse box, power windows etc. No AC, and No power windows...in Miami Florida. Of course they take no responsibility. I've already paid them $2400 and they want another $2400 to repair the damage THEY caused. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, Hyundai Corporate, Federal Trade Commission and my local consumer protection agencies. Looks like I will see them in court. Again, do not do business with this terrible company. You have been warned. More

Remember in life you get what you pay, HYUNDAI cheap product, quality, customer service, don’t expect more from this Korean company. Starting from the dealership all the way to corporate, cheap, arrogant and incompetent service. Again you won’t get more than what you pay. All unsatisfied Hyundai customers should get together and initiate a class action lawsuit against HYUNDAI MOTORS USA and the dealers that have abused them. My email is ROBERT.DIRNFELD@GMAIL.COM. I went to pick up my 2015 Hyundai Sonata from service, after being there for a week, it came out worse, it was left again, after emailing Pedro Casal the GM that evening, his response was that he would take care of it, false (have the email). Sounded great, I get a call around 11:35 AM the next morning, Carlos the service writer, informed me to pick up the car and that he REFUSES to repair it, lack of customer service, the reason, I am going to give him a bad CSI, he does not consider it right, and again you receive what you give. Service is bad, DORAL HYUNDAI/HYUNDAI MOTOR USA never have the parts, always on back order, now on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, while in service, service writer called to inform me that parts are on back order, he even told me parts could come within a month or two, suddenly parts came in the next day, did they use used parts if none were available nationwide. Service is extremely bad, the service manager never available, never returns call, GM Pedro Casal as per the email he sent me that he would take care of the vehicle, again lies, Dean the sales manager informed me that it was not his problem and turned his face away, incompetent, arrogant, they get their pay check from the consumer. There are better places to get mentally violated than a Hyundai Dealer, especially Doral Hyundai and Hyundai Motor USA. I will never ever buy/lease a HYUNDAI again. The corporate office has the nastiest attitude, they refuse to assist, starting with Craig, Evelyn, Levi and Sunny. Mr. Pedro Casal GM of Doral Hyundai informed me that Robert Stapler from Hyundai Motor USA, told him that the only way he would meet with me is via mediation, he stated that Mr. Stapler emailed me, total lie, what's he scared of? The bad way they abuse the consumer. If Robert Stapler from HYUNDAI MOTORS USA was a man of HONOR, knowing how they abuse their consumers, he should try to fix the problems, he only aggravated them more. On September 3 and September 6, 2016, Ricky Gardner from Hyundai Motor USA, called me to try to assist me, even offered to fly down an engineer, he sounded like he was really trying to assist me, told me that he would call me on the 6th, he did, was just as arrogant and his refusal to assist me with my vehicle, basically told me to F**K OFF. Seems that all Hyundai employees forget that their income comes from us the consumers, not Hyundai. DORAL HYUNDAI/ HYUNDAI MOTORS USA/ ROBERT STAPLER/RICKY GARDNER/DAVID SUCHOWSKI CEO of HYUNDAI USA are the frustration, arrogance, and incompetence shown by Hyundai USA. What a shame. More

My friend is a mechanic and told me to take the car to get it fixed because the part was still under warranty, so when I took it, they blamed the noise my car was making on the tires even before looking at my car! Once my car was ready, Juan at the service desk, said "it was the tires, I told you". Then to top it off he proceeded to tell me that my front breaks also needed to be changed. When I told him that I had just had them replaced he had to call the mechanic who then apologized and said that he meant to write that the breaks were fine! More

Not one single person has taken the time to listen to my problems and try to help. These are the same people who offered smiles and help while I was purchasing the car but now with no interest since they cannot profit from my troubles. Very sad indeed. More
