No recomiendo este dealer a nadie, muy muy malo sobre todo la parte de servicio y en esta parte muy mala experiencia con el senor ROBERTO, en letras grandes para que lo reconozcan. Este senor me hizo ir todo la parte de servicio y en esta parte muy mala experiencia con el senor ROBERTO, en letras grandes para que lo reconozcan. Este senor me hizo ir 4 veces al dealer para un servicio que necesitaba mi carro (pintura y un recall), haciéndome perder tiempo y dinero, saliendo antes del trabajo y nunca pude resolver el problema. No pareciera que este dealer fuera aqui en USA porque todo te lo complican y al final te vas sin resolver el problema. Muy triste que en este lugar trabajen personas como el senor ROBERTO. Que te hace perder tiempo y dinero. Si algo pasa con mi carro no es mi repsondabilidad. More

These people are thieves, they charged my aunt $1000 to fix a door handle. It took them a year to fix a recall. I won't be buying anything from Hyundai again thanks to these people. Horrible customer service. This is my 3rd Hyundai and will surely be my last because of the horrible customer service at Doral Hyundai. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and t will surely be my last because of the horrible customer service at Doral Hyundai. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and they gave me a loaner. The next day, I was told I had to pick up my unrepaired car and wait a week for the part to come in. I asked if I could keep the loaner until the car was repaired, and they said no. First time I have ever had to pick up an unrepaired car under warranty and take it back to them weeks later for the repair. More

I love the service at this dealership! I have 2 closer dealers to my house but I drive the 30 minutes to this place thanks to service advisors like Juan Castillo. He is amazing at communication and does a dealers to my house but I drive the 30 minutes to this place thanks to service advisors like Juan Castillo. He is amazing at communication and does an amazing job explaining what a car needs in non mechanic terms. He is the reason I continue going the extra miles to see this dealership and why I recommend it to everyone. If you go here for service look for him and you will be very satisfied. I have tried both dealers closer to my home and work but they always leave me unsatisfied. Nothing is explained. Just pay what we ask and get out. But Juan is completely different he happily explained everything until I was satisfied and then made sure to call when he promised. This is my second car from Doral Hyundai and with service like this, it won’t be my last. More

Bad service deparment Very bad service department you go in nobody talks to you i had to wait 15 min just for the service advisor lady to stop talking on her cellphone rega Very bad service department you go in nobody talks to you i had to wait 15 min just for the service advisor lady to stop talking on her cellphone regarding personal business so i cant state my case same goes for the cashiers they wont even look at you we you are talking the whole department was very rude the only good thing was Jaime Murillo he is the only reason why i'm not giving them one star, once he had my case it was good if you HAVE to go to this dealer talk to him he is the only that cares about what he is doing. After i received my keys the service department didn't know where was car was! so i have to look for my car by myself in a sea of cars but the WORSE part was when i looked at the odometer it had 100 MORE miles! and my car was in for a paint repair doubt they put those miles for testing. More
