The price was fair and he was a trustworthy salesperson. Rudy is personable and was a solid communicator. Rudy was very responsive. There were wait times in the process, but the showroom was very busy. To me, this means they sell cars frequently so I took it as a good sign. The wait was not anything new or different than you would expect at many dealerships. Just be prepared for it.
